How to return your product

If you are dissatisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund of the transaction value or exchange of the product. PISPL will levy a charge amounting to 10% of the transaction value on account of shipping charges and payment charges.

Please note that items may be returned as long as:

  • It is within 30 days of receipt of your items.
  • The items are unopened, and in the same shape as received.
  • Defective items are received with all parts and accessories intact.
  • You are providing a valid reason for return and you have obtained an explicit acceptance for the same from the original manufacturer / supplier for the specific and/ or products.
  • You are returning the items with an issued RMA number from the vendor/manufacturer.

We cannot, and will not accept packages without an RMA.

To return your merchandise, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.
  • Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)
  • The approximate date of order placement
  • The items that you wish to return.
  • A reason for return, if the items are defective.

You will hear from us within 1-2 business days of receiving the return request. We cannot accept order returns via telephone, for security reasons.
